Optical Fibers (8 / 12 / 24 Cores): High-grade single-mode optical fibers (compliant with ITU-T G.652D) housed within a central PBT loose tube. Fibers are standard color-coded (Blue, Orange, Green, Brown, Slate, White, Red, Black, Yellow, Violet, Pink, Aqua) for rapid identification during splicing.
Moisture & Hydroblock Filling: The loose tube is injected with a specialized water-blocking jelly compound. Hydro-expandable dry materials inside the cable core further prevent longitudinal water ingress, ensuring maximum signal stability over decades.
Non-Metallic Strength Members: Integrated with two parallel Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) rods placed on opposing sides of the cable core. These FRP members handle the necessary tensile forces, enabling self-support across 80m–120m spans without metal conductors.
UV-Stabilized Outer Sheath: Extruded with high-density Polyethylene (HDPE) or low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket materials. This jacket offers long-term resistance against intense ultraviolet radiation, extreme thermal cycles (-40°C to +70°C), physical abrasion, and environmental stress cracking.
